The Conference Center is single story and has two ADA accessible bathrooms, a kitchenette sink, counter space , 50+ chairs, 8 tables, 2 projection screens, PA system and can comfortably accomodate up to 50 guests.

Public Reservation Requests for the MSPPOA Conference Center are NOT CONFIRMED until after official MSPPOA approval of the MSPPOA Rental Application and receipt of FULL payment. Public rental is charged at $65 per hour plus $100 preparation/utility fee per each rental day (or portion thereof) between 6 am and 10 pm. Total daily public rental fees are currently capped at a $400 maximum fee for any confirmed rental day during 2024. Confirmation of any "standing" (daily, weekly, biweekly) public reservation request is contingent on MSPPOA receipt of full pre-payment and MSPPOA approval. Renters are not allowed to apply tape to the walls/ceilings. Renters will be charged for damage & any necessity for extraordinary cleaning services resulting from their rental event. Conference Room attendance must not exceed 50 persons. Renter cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time for refund unless there are unforeseen events. The MSPPOA reserves the right to cancel confirmed rental reservations, without penalty, for unforeseen events. Public reservation requests are now being considered for the conference room for 2024. MSPPOA Owners must attend their own rental events & ensure rental compliance with MSPPOA rules. Owners are responsible for any damages to the center. Tape must not be applied to the walls and ceilings. Rental Reservations are never valid until after receipt of prepayment and CONFIRMATION by the MSPPOA Rental Director. OWNER reservations requests are now being considered through Dec 31, 2024.
Reservations are NOT binding until full prepayment, rental application and approval has been CONFIRMED by the MSPPOA's Conference Center Director.

Public parking is NOT permitted on MSPPOA premises for the Pond Park at any time OR on any day. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner expense. Public parking for the Pond Park is designated at the Fireman's Park just west of the MSPPOA complex off Murrieta Hot Springs Road.
MSPPOA trash bins are for MSPPOA use only. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
MSPPOA businesses must not load trash above the trash bin line in the trash bin lest be subjected to $55 fine per trash bin
MSPPOA businesses are encouraged to report unlawful parking, loitering and vagrancy to the MSPPOA CEO at mspp.owner@gmail.com. To conserve water, MSPPOA turf has been replaced with drought tolerant landscaping.
The MSPPOA now mandates that maintenance fees are paid electronically. Contact the MSPPOA Treasurer, Jeff Prais, DDS in suite B110 for assistance in setting up electronic maintenance fee payments to the MSPPOA .
